We are embarking on a significant ERP transformation programme to streamline our operations and improve efficiency. To support this initiative, we are seeking a talented Internal Communications Partner who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
The Internal Communications Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication throughout the ERP transformation programme. This individual will be responsible for crafting and delivering communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our diverse workforce over of over 1500 users in Spain. In addition to providing reporting to the global programme team in the UK/US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to support the ERP transformation programme.
- Create, edit, and distribute high-quality communications materials, including newsletters, emails, Intranet content, presentations, and other digital media, in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with the ERP project team, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment of messages.
- Manage and maintain communication channels, ensuring timely updates and accessibility for all employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and employees, addressing concerns and feedback to improve engagement and support.
- Organize and facilitate informational sessions, webinars, and other events to keep employees informed and involved.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all communications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in internal communications, preferably within a large-scale transformation programme.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital communication platforms and tools (eg, Intranet, email marketing software, video conferencing).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their impact on business processes is a plus.
- Strong experience in Sharepoint, Microsoft and Google tools.
