IT Operations Administrator - Paris, hybrid - 12 months+

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a IT Operations Administrator in behalf of our retail client, to run day to day support of production systems and multiple applications. One of the projects you will be involved in from September on is SAP S/4 HANA migration.

IT Operations Administrator - Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience as IT Operations Administrator
• 3-5 years working within the ERP space, ECC & S/4 HANA ideally
• Great communications skills and +5 years of functional management experience
• Broad knowledge of support processes (SLA SLO/SLI; RTO; RPO)
• Organized/Adaptable - able to manage multiple requests pararelly
• English & French language skills
• Paris, hybrid
