3rd Line Engineer (Contract)

Location: Gloucestershire Country: UK Rate: £350 - £450 per day
 

Contract 3rd Line Desktop Engineer

6 months initially

Up to £450 per day depending on experience

2 days per week minimum in office near Swindon

Our FTSE100 client are looking for an experience 3rd line support desktop engineer to join the team and assist them on a companywide rollout of a new remote access and printing solution. They need a 3rd line support desktop engineer who is experienced with Windows & Mac application installation and troubleshooting skills to support these implementations.

Skills required

  • 4 years+ experience as a 3rd Line support desktop engineer.
  • Proven history of the delivery and support of laptops & desktops in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong track record in working on and delivering similar projects
  • Experience with both Windows & Mac operating systems
  • Demonstrable experience working in modern environments with experience of Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint.
  • Strong understanding of Information Security best practices.

As this role will require a minimum of 2 days per week at the offices - please only apply if you live within a commutable distance of Swindon.
