Service Now Developer (Workplace Service Delivery) - £500 a day (Inside IR35) - London - Hybrid

Intuition IT are partnered with a leading Insurance client who are looking for a Service Now Developer with a particular focus on Workplace Service Delivery. The role is initially a 6 month contract where you will be required in London twice a week.

Expected Skills and Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery or Field Service Management.
  • Proficiency in Next Experience Workspace and case management development within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Desirable

  • Certification in ServiceNow development (eg, Certified Application Developer).
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Facilities Management, and Asset Management processes and workflows.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
