Job Description:

An experienced, Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the insurance industry and expertise in low-code technologies, particularly Pega.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with CXO-level executives to architect and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and transformation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead architectural initiatives, shape technology strategies, and drive digital innovation within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

Architecture Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Insurance Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the insurance industry, including life, property & casualty, and reinsurance, to design and architect solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.

Low-Code Technology Mastery: Serve as a subject matter expert in low-code platforms, with a focus on Pega, to architect scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

CXO-Level Collaboration: Engage with CXO-level executives to understand business priorities, identify technology opportunities, and define architectural roadmaps that align with organizational goals.

Solution Design & Development: Lead the design and development of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, security, and performance.

Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Evaluate third-party vendors, tools, and technologies to support architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement in technology capabilities.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architecture teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate architectural vision, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.

Continuous Learning & Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, incorporating innovative solutions into architectural designs and strategies.
