User Support Manager

Position Type: Direct-Hire

Hourly/Salary: BOE + 10% bonus/matching 401K/3 weeks vacation

JOB SUMMARY

GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a User Support Manager for a direct hire opportunity located in Downtown Dallas, TX. The User Support Manager will lead the technical desktop support team, providing excellent customer service, and resolving all technical issues. The User Support Manager supervise core operations, as well as supervise and develop a team of employees tasked with providing first and second level technical support in a service desk environment in a rotating, on-call environment. The User Support Manager will also take ownership of the Atlassian suite of software - support of this software, upgrades, maintenance, create workflows in Jira, and customize Confluence. The User Support Manager will also manage Access Management and entitlements - processing permissions to different systems, internally or externally.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3-5+ years of experience in the following skill sets

Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Support Desk team - must be able to demonstrate ability to lead and mentor

Technical skills (minimum 5 years of experience):

Windows and Linus server OS, Microsoft and cloud-based productivity products, Networking and Security concepts, Internet technologies, Support Desk ticketing system (Jira)

Atlassian Suite - Jira/Confluence (exposure)
