Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Creates, produces and publishes recurring client reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports
- Setup client segmentation for CII and manual client reports
- Research/analyze data issues and provide written and/or verbal explanation to customers
- Develops, produces, and analyzes external client-facing reports (eg for claims data, provider data, utilization data).
- Participate in UAT and special projects as assigned
- Interpersonal skills - need to be able to communicate and work well with Sales, external clients and other analysis/
programmers
- Time Management skills - need to be able to work on multiple competing priorities and under tight deadlines, creating quality work. Accuracy is critical

Preferred
- Client reporting experience
- Ability to analyze Enrollment and Claims Data

Qualifications
Qualification
- BS/BA degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5+ years' experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools/statistical software
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills
- Strong Excel skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills with internal business partners and external customers

Preferred
- Client reporting experience
- Ability to analyzing Enrollment and Claims Data
- Working knowledge of EDWard and/or EDM
- Ability to run SQL and/or SAS queries
- Experience running and creating Business Object reports
- Helping to develop and review business requirements
